Hello!

I'm Melissa. I'm almost forty, and I'm done living my life by accident.

For a long time I knew exactly what I wanted — the health, the home, the habits, the life that felt intentional and full — and I did very little about it. I let the days happen to me instead of choosing them. I consumed endlessly and executed rarely. And somewhere in there I lost the thread of who I actually was.

In Steward Of is where I'm finding it again.

The name comes from something I keep coming back to: I want to be a good steward of the life I've been given. The husband, the stepchildren, the family, the home, the body, the time, the money. All of it. Not just managing it but actually tending to it with care.

Right now that looks like healing my Hashimoto's, building habits that finally stick, being present in my home and my relationships, and sharing all of it honestly as I go. Not from the other side. From the middle, where it's still messy and real.

If you're somewhere in that too — knowing what you want and trying to close the gap between knowing and doing — this is for you.
